1. The service
Pathfinder SA provides educational career-exploration tools, subject-choice prompts and source-linked information. It does not provide professional psychological, medical, financial, legal, admission or employment advice.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for using an email address you control and protecting your sign-in method. One-time links expire and must not be forwarded. We may limit repeated sign-in and reset attempts to protect accounts.
3. Payments and access
Hatchling costs R249 once-off and Trailblazer costs R699 once-off. Paystack processes payment details. Access starts only after a successful payment is verified. Purchased access is linked to the verified account used at checkout. Both packages include individual reports and CV templates; Trailblazer adds the full assessment and research library. Parent and school report formats do not include access to other accounts or a school-wide administration system. New checkout is available only when live payments are activated. Email pathfinderzar@gmail.com with the Paystack receipt if automatic activation fails.
4. Guidance and data
Assessment results are exploratory. Careers, salaries, demand indicators, fees and entry routes change. Always confirm current information with employers, professional bodies and institutions before acting.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass paid access, scrape protected content, probe other users’ accounts or upload unlawful or harmful material.
6. Availability and changes
We may correct information, improve assessments, change the catalogue or suspend features for maintenance and security. We will not present an assessment result as a guaranteed outcome.
